Dr. Sparks is currently accepting insurance including Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross CA, Blue Shield CA, Cigna, Oscar, Oxford, Quest and United Healthcare. If needed she can provide a super-bill for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement of out-of-network psychotherapy.

Initial 60 minute Intake Session and 50 Minute Individual Sessions: $200.00
